I sure hope those reading my blog love me. That way I know you won't get tired of reading about this but I still am in amazement every time I think about the baby. I look at Rusty several times a day and say "I have a baby growing inside of me." It's like I have to tell myself over and over because it is just so unknown and unreal. Um, I saw him/her kicking! How can it be unreal? This experience is something that has been so unbelievable so far and I know it is only going to get even more amazing. I have felt little "pops" but they aren't felt every day. And, no, it's not gas! LOL I know the difference. I am most definitely looking forward to more movement and more definite movements.
We have our crib and glider rocker all set up. Early, maybe, but we don't care! Dad and Les have ordered our changing table as a gift for us and it will be delivered soon. I sit in the glider rocker and fill out my "belly book" and this week will start sitting in there and reading to the baby. Once we find out the sex, we will get to pick out bedding! We have our boy picked out, as well as the name, but the girl is so much harder. I think I am convinced it's a boy and let me tell you...a boy has already been easier! I know little girls are more difficult all the way around already! LOL We can't decide on bedding or names! To me, it seems like all the girl bedding is so "busy". I tend to prefer simple.
So, I've probably already shared more than I'd like but I am just so excited. And no one is going to change that!
Think I'll get off of here and work on my blanket I'm crocheting for the baby. Of course, it's a neutral color but I'll probably add a color specific edging once we find out. We'll see! Oh boy..........or girl!
I am guessing it is a BOY! Let me know if I am right as soon as YOU know! Miss YOU!!
ReplyDeleteI want a boy first. Haha! I didn't know you crochet. I do too! I like the animal baby stuff and the monkey ones.
