I Skipped Blogging Last Night!

I love my bubbalicious! He's sitting next to me right now and he is so beautiful!

Last night I was soooo sleepy I could hardly keep my eyes open as I finished my last round of internet updates. So, I went to bed instead of blogging because I wanted to read! I slept so good last night which means............I snored. I was on my back which means I slept really good. Speaking of my back....Rusty took a message from the doctors office that my MRI showed degenerative disc disease and spinal stenosis. I am to call for a follow up appointment. With what little research I have done it can either be serious enough for surgery or just for physical therapy and such. With as much pain I am in all the time though I wouldn't mind if I had to have surgery. It will just have to wait until the summer. Until then I guess I can deal with it like I have for the last ten years. I've gotten used to it. I can't imagine what it would be like to be pain free but I like to dream about it. It would be so awesome. I hope I get to feel what that is like.

So, I was looking forward to a weekend at home laying on the couch hanging out watching movies or recorded shows. Then my husband tells me to get up and take a shower so we can go do something. I really didn't think it would be Geo-caching since it was like 22 degrees outside. Shoulda known better. LOL So we hopped in the car for some more virtuals. We went to Victoria and found out where Andrea and Sean live. I sent a message that we had driven by and I got one back that said "Thanks for stopping." So.......we turned around! It was nice to see their house and them in their natural environment. And I even got kisses from Reese!!! Marley was a little upset when she smelled my jacket. Momma cheated. I will have to say..........I felt like punching the big ass jayhawk in the stomach on the way back to the truck! LOL After traveling to Hoisington, Great Bend and back home we logged about 7 caches. I think we are at 88 or something like that now. Either way.........my husband is unbelievably and completely addicted. I am just glad he (we) have a hobby now.

Pound Plunge started Thursday night. Our initial weigh in was that night. I am planning on busting my ass on this so I am going to share completely. I weighed 167.4 at weigh in. Yep, I am THAT big. I usually hide it pretty well because most people don't believe I weigh that much. Pound Plunge lasts for twelve weeks. I am hoping to lose at LEAST 30 pounds, maybe 50. Anywhere in between would be great. I am trying to keep my calories under 1500 and do at least one hour of exercise each day. So far the calories have been kept at or near 1000. Yesterday (Friday) I went and burned over 500 calories at the gym and then today I did every one of the Yoga and Strength Training exercises on Wii Fit. Tomorrow we can use the Health Center for free from 5-7 but it will be packed I am betting. I will probably go to my regular gym but swing by the other one just to check it out. It is super nice but super pricey. I heard from a co-worker that dues were going up again. It already costs around $100 a month per person just in dues and that doesn't include the joining fee of $100 and some odd dollars per person. It's actually ridiculous. My gym is just fine! Rusty is on our team for Pound Plunge but I don't really think he is going to go at it full force like I am . Not sure. We'll just have to see. I am not going to pressure him but he best not GAIN! He doesn't need to lose as much as I do.

I think that's about it. I am ready to hit the sack and do some reading. I offered to sleep in the spare room due to my snoring. If that means I can sleep on my back I just might do it! I doubt it though. I need a lamp to read with! Good excuse, right??
