My title is the last word that came out of my mouth. Thought it was appropriate. ;o)
I believe that the 30 minutes in a 160 degree sauna was definitely not the best for me. I continued to have a headache all night and throughout the day and just didn't feel well at all. I almost felt a little dehydrated. I finally got my headache to go away after taking a hydrocodone. Today at work was stressful too. We had two people gone and two doctors in and things just could NOT go right. I was belittled in front of my co-workers for no good reason that I can think of. Turns out it was all in haste towards someone else but it still doesn't make it okay. I had already planned on not going to the gym today due to overdoing it yesterday and that episode just confirmed my plans. I made it home and went into the computer room and finished up my post op sheet for work. That took a good 30 minutes then I decided to take a shower. After that I ate some dinner and then sat on the couch! And, here it is 9:15 and I am ready for bed.
Doc returned today from a 5 day hiatus and boy was I glad! Not only did he bring me my book but I sure do like to work with him. He is a little more professional when he needs to tell me how to do something that I may not have done correctly in the first place. That's a lot better than charging down the hall towards me!
Weigh in is in two days. UGH! Tomorrow my friend and I are going to partake in a Cardio type class at our gym for $2.00. Hopefully that will make a difference! It doesn't start until 6:00 so I'll have a little time to do some warm up! Then on Thursday it just might be a day of fasting!
